What is a love tag?

A love tag is simply an act of caring.

You have 86,400 seconds a day, 604,800 seconds a week and 31,536,000 seconds a year. Every second offers an opportunity to touch another life. Every second is a gift you can share with the world. Be mindful of how you spend them.

  • Flash a smile - 1 second
  • Touch your heart - 2 seconds
  • Create a heart link – 2 seconds
  • Send a thought of love - 3 seconds
  • Write out the word “Love” - 3 seconds
  • Tell someone, “I love you” - 3 seconds
  • Give a hug - 5 seconds
  • Text the word “Love” - 10 seconds
  • E-mail a loving thought - 20 seconds
  • Hold the door - 30 seconds
  • Reach out to a stranger - 1 to 120 seconds (or longer)
  • Reach out to a friend – As long as it take
