What is a Heart Link?

A Heart Link is a symbol created with the hands to express a quality or feeling. Our Heart Link is a symbol of love. It is a simple tool that gives you an easy way to relax, to feel a sense of peace and to connect to your heart…and the hearts of those around you.

How do I do it?

1. Make a Heart Link by touching both thumbs and index fingers together and then gently folding the remaining fingers behind. (See photo.)

2. Hold your hands in place and as you inhale, say to yourself, “One.” As you exhale, say to yourself, “Heart.”

3. Use the power of your mind – and your heart – to send this feeling out to the people you love and the world on a whole.
